If you received the wrong order, you can get a refund for that particular item(not the whole order), you can either call us or come directly to the shop with in 24 hours of your pick up or drop off time. Full Refund for item will be offered: If the items you received were worng or missing, then you'll get a full refund for that item.

Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Prior to processing refund of exchanges, customers are required to send pictures of defects or directly bring the wrong item back to the shop, And without a pictures or the particular wrong item we cannot process request.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
